Kate Bett is the owner of BettSolutions, a talent management and leadership development consulting practice. Ms. Bett is an organizational performance and leadership development specialist with over 20 years of both practical and consulting experience, as an independent consultant and formerly as a managing consultant with Deloitte & Touche and heading global assessment programs for Computer Sciences Corporation.

Kate works with organizations and senior management groups to create and facilitate talent management processes aimed at identifying, assessing and developing future organizational leaders. She specializes in competency-based programs such as succession planning, high potential assessment and development, executive coaching, 360 feedback process and facilitation, competency modeling, role profiling, and standardizing HR processes and procedures.

Kate has been working with Lominger International’s Leadership Architect Suite of Tools for over 15 years.  Additionally Kate co-authored Lominger International’s Succession Architect® program; a process for organizations to identify and develop high potential and high professional talent. With her experience in instructional design, Kate has developed and delivered a variety of programs in the areas of leadership development, hi-potential development, facilitating 360 feedback, coaching employees, interviewing and selection, team effectiveness and organizational alignment.

Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from George Mason University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Marymount University.

Chris Bett is a partner with BettSolutions, a talent management and leadership development consulting practice that his wife, Kate Bett established in 2002. Chris has a professional career that has been focused on identifying and developing organizational talent across the broad spectrum of leadership at all levels. Using the experience that he has acquired through his many years of working in the talent management discipline, Chris provides a structured best practices approach that facilitates organizations and their leaders in developing their talent.

Chris has worked in a broad and diverse range of companies and industries here in the US and Europe, were he has a proven track record of successfully steering organizations towards their short- and long-term strategic plans as they relate to the identification and development of their talent.

He has extensive experience in the application of Lominger International’s Leadership Architect tools suite and has been mentored by both Bob Eichinger and Mike Lombardo in their use.
